Corrugated Board Production Line-Compatible Column-Type Palletizing Robot | Automatic Corrugated Board Stacking Project Implemented at Packaging Plant
A corrugated board manufacturer previously relied on manual stacking after board cutting. Due to the heavy weight of the boards and the high physical demand of repetitive handling, multiple workers were required to rotate shifts across two production lines. Our column-type corrugated board–specific palletizing robot is integrated with the rear end of the corrugated cross-cutting production line, automatically picking up and layer-stacking cut boards; a single unit serves both production lines.
