Feed Production Line Robotic Palletizing Implementation Project

This project implements an automated robotic palletizing system for feed production workshops, synchronized with upstream batching and packaging production lines. The robotic arm picks up finished feed bags and automatically stacks them onto pallets according to preset pallet patterns, ensuring neat and stable stacking. The entire system adopts PLC + touch-screen control, offering simple operation and low failure rates; it reduces manpower requirements for palletizing positions, lowers labor intensity, and enhances automation levels in downstream packaging sections—suitable for palletizing bagged materials such as feed, grain, and agricultural supplies.
