Pillar-Type Drum Palletizing Robot Implementation Project

This project equips a drum-packed material production workshop with a pillar-type automatic palletizing system. The equipment operates in coordination with the upstream conveyor line to automatically complete drum conveying, positioning, grasping, and palletizing. The robot stacks drum-packed materials neatly onto pallets according to predefined pallet patterns, ensuring stable operation and minimizing manual handling to reduce physical workload.

This solution features a compact structure and small footprint, suitable for automatic palletizing of various regular-shaped materials including drums, boxes, and bags.
