The High-Level Palletizer for Big Bags (PE Bags) is an automated palletizing system designed for bagged-material production lines, commonly used for palletizing PE bags of standard weights such as 25 kg and 50 kg. It is widely applied in industries including chemical raw materials, grain & feed, building material powders, and plastic granules.

1. System Composition The complete system comprises a feed conveyor mechanism, bag-shaping station, high-level gripping mechanism, pallet storage, roller conveyor line, PLC control system, and safety protection components.
2. Working Principle

• Conveying & Shaping: Completed PE bags are conveyed via the conveyor line into the system, where automatic bag compression and shaping ensure uniform bag geometry for reliable gripping.
• Precise Positioning & Gripping: Sensors detect bag arrival, triggering the gripper mechanism to accurately clamp the bag.
• High-Level Stacking: Bags are lifted to the preset height and stacked layer-by-layer onto pallets according to predefined patterns, ensuring neat arrangement.
• Pallet Output: Upon completion of one pallet stack, the finished pallet is conveyed out via the roller conveyor, while empty pallets are automatically replenished, enabling continuous cyclic production.
